GRILLED FISH WITH GINGER & LEMON

2 Medium Onions, finely chopped
15ml Ginger Paste
Juice of 2 lemons
50ml Black Vinegar
50ml Olive or Cooking oil
30ml Soy Sauce
30ml Peri-peri Sauce
10ml Turmeric Powder
4 Chillies, finely chopped
1kg Fish of your choice
100ml Fresh dhania, chopped finely
15ml Sesame Seeds
In a bowl, mix together the first nine ingredients. Stir well. Marinate fish in mixture for 1 – 2 hours. Preheat grill and prepare a baking tray.
Brush fish liberally with remaining ginger mixture and place on tray. Grill under high heat for 2 – 3 minutes on each side.
Mix coriander with remaining sauce and pour over fish. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and grill for a further 3 – 5 minutes. Remove from grill and garnish with some sprigs of coriander.
Serve with baby corn, baked tomato and white rice.
